Processing & Delivery Times
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and shipping information.
Ready to Ship pieces are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Made to Order pieces require additional production time. The estimated production time is stated on the individual product page. Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.
All orders are shipped with Track & Trace, so you can follow your package along the way.
International shipments may take longer than expected due to customs processing or other delays.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the Netherlands, additional customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.

Returns
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. To get started, simply submit your return request through our online returns portal.
In the returns portal, you can register your return and choose your preferred shipping method: PostNL or DHL. Depending on your selection, you can download a shipping label or use a QR code to send your return.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our current return shipping rates are approximately:

Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged and unworn.
