General conditions
1. Prices
The prices indicated on the website include the donation and VAT.
2. Orders
As soon as you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation with the invoice.
In this confirmation you will see the purchased products, the VAT rate and any shipping costs. You agree to a digital invoice.
3. Products
Despite the fact that our products are put together with care and love and our earrings are lead and nickel free, it can of course always happen that you react badly to one of the components. CharityGoodz cannot be held liable for this. In case of complaints, always contact us!
4. Payments
You can pay with all the payment methods offered on the site.
With these payment methods you can safely and directly handle the payment.
5. Donations
When paying for an order, you trust that we will transfer the money to the relevant charity. CharityGoodz strives to transfer this every month. Per product, 5% of the price is donated to a charity of your choice. It is possible to donate to various charities.
6. Stock
It is possible that a product is out of stock and this is not stated correctly in the shop. We will let you know as soon as possible and, if possible, order the product as soon as possible.
7. Shipping
Most shipments are sent by DHL or PostNL parcel post. You will receive a track and trace of your order.
8. Delivery
CharityGoodz strives to send all orders within 48 hours after receipt of payment. If this is deviated from for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible by email. CharityGoodz is not liable for damaged or lost items by PostNL/DHL. If this happens, we will always contact you and look at the options together.
9. Returns
If you are not satisfied with the item you ordered and you want to return it, you can contact us by sending an email to info@charitygoodz.com stating your order number and the reason for return.
The product must always be returned undamaged, unworn and in the original packaging within 14 days. The shipping costs are for the account of the customer. The risk for damaged or lost items by the carrier (e.g. PostNL) lies with the customer.
10. Privacy
All personal data will only be used for the processing of the order and communication with the customer. The data will never be made available to third parties. Read more at our privacy page!
