Pricing Guide
Because nothing is more frustrating than not knowing what price to expect, I wanted to give you a quick guide on how I price my handmade pieces.
Since creating a custom design takes more hours and collaboration, these prices are slightly higher than the ready-to-ship items on my website.
A few things to know:
All pieces are measured in grams when I send them to the caster. This means that larger, heavier pieces will be more expensive than smaller, lighter ones. Most of my work ranges from 3 to 8 grams of solid gold, silver, or brass — with most rings weighing around 4–5 grams. The pricing below is based on these averages. In some cases, your piece might even cost less if it’s smaller or more delicate (since it uses less material).
Gold - 9ct
- Gold is currently at one of its highest prices ever.
For a handmade ring with around 3 grams of gold (like the one in the picture on the left), prices start from €700 and up.
Gold pendants usually require less material, so think of €400 and up.
Brass
- I offer brass pieces to make gold-colored jewelry available at a more affordable price. Brass is a durable material, but it oxidizes faster than gold or silver.
The good news? You can always polish it back to life — unlike gold-plated jewelry, where the plating wears off over time.
For your own handmade brass creation, think between €150 and €200, and from €100 for pendants.
Silver
- For silver items, you can design your own handmade ring starting between €200 and €250.
Pendants can be made from €125.
